Our organization is working on private and Government of India skill development schemes in many states of the country, in which the Government of India scheme Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Skill Development Scheme has been implemented in the states of Maharashtra, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir and Madhya Pradesh. It is being done in the state, for its successful operation, the project has to be operated by opening centers in different districts of different states and following the rules made by the Skill Development Mission. To make these objective successful, employees should be appointed. For which some rules related to the employee have been made which are mandatory to follow, which are as follows –

Employee Essential Rules

1. There are some rules for the employee to be recruited to operate the organization successfully, which is mandatory to be followed, the employee is to be recruited temporarily for 1 year, in which the salary is increased by 10% after 6 months based on the working performance of the employee. Whether it will go also depends on the management.

2. If the working performance of the employee is not correct, then the management can remove him at any time without any notice and the salary for the day he has worked will be given till the 7th of the next month.

3. The employee will never do any work against the organization, and any work that hurts the honor of the organization, will not take any action against the organization and will not be involved in any strike, cannot take leave without any reason without telling.

4. The employee will not be given any other expenses other than salary, if the employee goes out of the company's work, then a fixed expense will be given, which has to be filled in the expense format by the employee and sent to MIS or account or organization's email, it will be approved in 2 days. After doing this, you will be paid and if any natural or any other incident happens to the employee in the organization, then it will be the responsibility of the employee only, there will be no responsibility of the organization, after working for 1 month, the employee will get 5 lakh rupees from the company. Insurance and other accidental insurance of Rs 5 lakh can be done, for which a request has to be emailed to the head office, all the expenses of which have to be paid by the head office.

5. Under any circumstances, if the employee leaves the job or is removed from the job by the management, its information will be published telephonically to the employee or in group message or on the website, after that within 7 days all the office given by the organization to the employee After depositing the receipt in the material office, make a letter of your salary and email it to the head office. Within 7 days of the received email, your salary will be cleared, after leaving the job, the employee can inform about any type of organization. I will not do any bad words, misleading information towards the organization and any other such act which will harm the organization, if such an employee does it, then if the information is confirmed, a defamation case will be filed against him in the court and the organization will be punished. Whatever happens to the employee will be compensated by the employee.

6. It is mandatory to follow all the above rules, if the employee has any kind of problem in the training center, then the information has to be done on the email of the head office, your problem will be solved within 7 days.
